falling bond yields will provide massive support to equities via multiple expansion. It sounds a bit paradoxical but the worse the economy goes, the higher equities will go..Of course, if the economy improves, equities will also rise on increased profitability..Either way: shares go up

The relationship between falling bond yields and rising stock prices is only consistent over very long time frames. Over short time frames, yields can fall quite dramatically in response to a recession, for example.

Lower interest rates = Higher bond yields. Rates will remain untouched or even lowered. No way the yield can go down anymore. Its not that I say, its in the bond formula

If your intent was to demonstrate a complete lack of understanding the basics of bonds, you did a heck of a job.

Renegade Compasslowered interest rates increases the money supply. Increases in the money supply cause inflation if velocity of money stays constant. Increases in inflation means increased inflation expectation. Increased inflation expectation means yields on the long end of the curve rise. What’s wrong about that? Youre trading on differnt time horizons. His statement is correct in the long run

The reason I believe is equities needs time, 1-2 weeks to top out, may get slightly higher ATH, DAX would be a good play there.
